The provider visit

Immediately after completing the screening part of the checkup with Reperio's kit, you connect via video with a licensed provider for a comprehensive preventive telehealth visit to review the kit findings, ask questions, and get clear next steps.

How much does this cost me?

There's typically no out-of-pocket cost to eligible members and their eligible dependents 18+ years old. ReperioCare® visits are billed as preventive care claims. For most Blue Cross plans, ReperioCare® is covered as an annual wellness visit with no additional cost to you. We confirm your eligibility and coverage details during the sign-up process.

Is this required by my employer or health plan?

This is an opt-in program. You must complete the sign-up process in order to confirm eligibility, coverage details, and your shipping address. ReperioCare® checkups are an at-home annual checkup option that reolves around you. When time, logistics, or real life gets in the way of getting to a lab or fitting in a trip to your doctor's office. ReperioCare® delivers clinic-grade care to your couch.

Who sees my results?

You and the ReperioCare® provider you meet with for your virtual visit. Your results are protected under HIPAA.

Where does my provider come from?

ReperioCare® virtual visits are conducted by licensed providers credentialed in your state.

Do I need to be at home? In a specific state?

You need to be physically located in a U.S. state where ReperioCare® operates (all 50 U.S. states), but you don't need to be at home. The kit just needs to reach you at the address you tell us to ship it to during sign up, you need to have it with you to complete during your pre-selected 3-day checkup window, and you need a quiet, private space for the virtual visit.
